This page is used to submit your weekly photo to the club inbox. The form collects your basic information, the category you selected, the title of your image, and a short description to help explain what you photographed. After you complete the form and click the submit button, your device’s email program should open with the information placed into a new message. At that point, you still need to attach your photo file before sending the email. This process keeps the submission system simple while still letting members include useful information about their entries.
Before sending a submission, make sure your image fits the category you selected and follows the club rules. The file must be an accepted image type and must stay under the required size limit so it will upload correctly to the server later. It is also a good idea to use a short but clear title and to write a description that explains the subject or the idea behind the photograph. If you want to enter more than one category, submit a separate form for each image so every entry stays organized and easy to review during voting.
